Financial Planner / Wealth Adviser
Paul commenced at DJ Carmichael in January 2010 as a Wealth Management Adviser. Prior to this he was a Manager and Financial Service Information Officer at Centrelink for over 20 years, leaving to start a career in Financial Planning and Advice in January 2008.
Specialising in Financial Planning and Investment Advice, Paul is one of the senior wealth managers at DJ Carmichael. He has appeared in the media on both TV and radio to discuss financial changes and investment trends. He has participated in, and organised, seminars at many different community forums around Perth in his career. Paul also works with the WA chapter of Alzheimer's Australia to provide support to families dealing with dementia.
Paul represents the Ethical Investment Advice area in Western Australia as a member of the WA Chapter of the Ethical Advisers Co-Operative. He has a strong network with other advisers around Australia providing advice to investors that wish to exclude certain sectors or assets for various ethical or cultural reasons.
Recently completing his Master of Financial Planning through Kaplan Professional Education, Paul is commencing the FPA Certified Financial Planning program in 2017. He has also completed a course in Self-Managed Superannuation Fund advice with Kaplan. Using his background at Centrelink Paul also deals with Aged Care advice, which is turning into its own specialist advice area.

Brad has 16 years of industry experience in securities, banking and wealth management. Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University in Melbourne and a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). Brad has been an Investment Adviser with DJ Carmichael since 2005, where he specialises in providing advice on superannuation and retirement planning. Prior to working at DJ Carmichael, Brad worked with Bell Potter in Melbourne and Deutsche Bank in the UK.
Senior Wealth Adviser
Domenic has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Having spent his time with Deloitte, Hartleys and DJ Carmichael. Domenic holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Domenic’s focus is managing high net worth clients, specialising in share strategies for Self Managed Superannuation Funds, and working closely with DJ Carmichael’s Research and Corporate Finance teams on strategic opportunities for the benefit of his clients.
Mark is an accredited Financial Planner who enjoys building lasting relationships with his clients and is passionate about leading them to achieving their financial goals.
Mark provides clients with specialist advice in a range of areas including: Retirement Planning; Superannuation, including Self-Managed Superannuation Funds; Equities; Exchange Traded Funds; Managed Funds; Fixed Interest Products; and Deposits.
Mark holds a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning (Griffith University) and a Graduate Certificate in Chartered Accounting Foundations (Deakin University). To complement his financial planning experience, he also holds a Master of Management (Human Resource Management) and a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Western Australia.
Daniel has more than a decade of professional experience in accounting, finance and management, and most recently, in financial planning support for a major Bank.
Daniel is dedicated to helping young professionals and families live for the moment while also preparing for the future. He believes that clients understand that to achieve all they want in life, they need to do things differently and build a great team around themselves.
Daniel enjoys all things finance, business, technology, social enterprise, leadership, and how these can all be related.
Daniel’s accounting experience for private companies, high net worth individuals and trusts, uniquely positions him to understand some of their challenges and objectives when providing financial planning advice for such clients.
Daniel has a Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan University and has bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Information & Communication Technology from the University of Notre Dame.
