Davide Bosio is a Corporate Adviser specialising in offering corporate services to organisations specifically in relation to capital raisings and M&A advice. Davide has over 16 years' experience in the finance industry as an Investment Adviser, Institutional Dealer, Responsible Manager and Director specialising in equity capital markets transactions in the Australian market.
Davide is a Fellow member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (Finsia) and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Davide holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
Matthew joined DJ Carmichael in 1999 as an investment adviser. Matthew has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and has 18 years experience in stockbroking. Matthew also has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, with the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Rupert Lowe was educated at Radley College and Reading University before gaining a reputation working in the City of London for companies such as Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank. He was also a board member of the London International Financial Futures Exchange. He also founded Secure Retirements, a quoted care home provider.
Cadell has extensive experience in marketing, communications and advertising spanning 20 years in the industries of FMCG, Sports Administration and Local Government.
Cadell’s career commenced in sales, progressing into senior leadership engagements at leading commercial enterprises, including Fosters and Guinness International.
He has honed his skills overseeing international brand launches in his previous roles and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Masters of Business Administration from Murdoch University. Cadell has held a number of board level positions, he currently sits on the board for the Centre for Innovation and Productivity in Public Administration – Universiti Sains Malaysia.
