Hot Chili Limited is an Australian company focused on acquiring and developing quality exploration and resource projects in Chile, one of the world s premier and most politically stable mining countries. The company s initial objective, nearly 3 years ago, was to act as a first-mover by consolidating the largest and most advanced uranium projects identified in Chile. Hot Chili have now secured some of the most advanced uranium-copper-gold Projects in Chile and are raising A$6.0m (with an additional A$2.0m in over-subscriptions) to take these projects to the next stage.

Changes to ASX Fees
The ASX have advised that as from 1 September the Registration Fee for Equity Options will change from $1.02 per contract to $1.30 per contract (exclusive of GST). This change applies to Equity Call and Put Options and Equity Low Exercise Price Options (Equity LEPO's). Index ETO and LEPO fees remain unchanged.
