Carmichael Corporate executives have been actively raising capital in Australia, North America and the UK for the past 15 years. During this time, we have established strong retail and institutional channels for raising capital for clients in the international healthcare, technology and resource sectors.

Our retail desk in Perth has substantial fund raising capacity that includes a team of dealers who control substantial funds under management. In addition, we are increasingly using the desk of WH Ireland to distribute Australian product.

Whilst we have a solid capital raising base in house, we have established close relations with a number of London, Canadian and Australian based stockbrokers who provide additional capital raising "grunt" and have been supportive of past Carmichael Corporate capital raisings.

A core part of our business is also the access to and strong ties that we have with a number of high net worth investors in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and in the UK. Our fee structures will vary on each engagement depending upon the nature of the work required and the quality of the information available from our clients. Fees are normal commercial rates and agreed prior to the commencement of work
